Berry Nice Fruit Smoothie
Vegan
Frozen berries are a brilliant way to vary your fruit intake, especially in winter. Different combinations are available in supermarkets, but if you possibly can, buy organic. The cheapest way freezer sections of supermarkets or good health food shops. Buy organic if you can. Another alternative is to pick 'em yourself and freeze them quickly - open spaces are often filled with bramble bushes come August and September - a fantastic source of free food! Top Tip:frozen bananas are a great way to chill a smoothie without using ice. Peel, bag and freeze! Picture courtesy of Corin Jeavons
