A Creamy, Oriental-style Light Miso and Ginger-based Dressing To Lively Up Salads, Rice Dishes or Steamed Vegetables

This is delicious with a salad to accompany Chinese, Japanese or Thai style food – try it with lightly steamed mange tout & baby sweetcorn, raw thinly sliced red pepper and slivers of carrot.

Silken tofu is available from large branches of supermarkets (look for Mori-nu or Blue Dragon brands) as well as health food shops. Other brands - Taifun and Clearspring - are sold in health food shops.
