Beetroot and Carrot Salad with Toasted Sesame Seeds

Ingredients: 

2 carrots, peeled and grated
3 small beetroot (peeled and pre-cooked, or ready-to-eat shop brought), grated
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp raisins
Salt and pepper

Method: 

 1. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Serve with some fresh multi-seed bread and hummus, or as a side salad.
