Orange and Carrot Salad with Toasted Cashews

10 mins Ingredients:
2-3 large carrots, sliced
2 oranges, cut into segments
50g/1oz cashew nuts, lightly toasted
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp white wine or cider vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
