Tahini & Yoghurt Sauce

A tangy sauce to serve with our Aubergine, Tomato & Pine Kernel Rolls.

Ingredients: 

2 rounded tbsp light tahini 
5 rounded tbsp plain soya yoghurt 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
1 garlic clove, crushed 
1 rounded tsp fresh chopped parsley 

Method: 

 1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and blend them with a handblender. 

 2. Serve the sauce in a little bowl, or spoon over your food.
